I learned traditional marketing and business rules, operating solely from my mind and ignoring my body's wisdom. I witnessed leadership practices that used marketing to manipulate, reward perfection, and celebrate performance… even when it cost people their health.
I saw so many heart-centered leaders dimming their brilliance, trying to fit into strategies that didn’t reflect their truth. I watched women hesitate to share their work, afraid that being fully human might somehow make them less credible.
As I deepened into embodiment and somatic work, I began hearing my body's wisdom more clearly, guiding me to release structures that didn’t honor my essence. In that process, I felt called to stop working with male founders and focus on women whose path and pain had once been mine.
